You can download it for free from : "http://gen.lib.rus.ec/" search for site called Library Genesis, its an site with open access to content that mostly is behind paywall on other sites:

Then search for author name: Cixin Liu and it should be under, with other of his novels. Most files there are in .mobi and .epub so you will need extension or program to view it. Epub simple reader on chrome webstore allowed to view it for me.
